Cut the 2-by-2-by-96 inch stock into four pieces of equal length with the electric miter saw. Sand lightly with the 100-grit sandpaper. Mark one end of the leg 1 1/2 inches down on all four sides.
2Insert the Roman Ogee router bit in the router, and make certain the collet is tight against the bit.
3Clamp the leg to the worktable. Set the router to the desired depth, and make a pass stopping at the 1 1/2-inch mark. Repeat this on all the other legs.
4Sand lightly. Brush off excess dust, and finish in your choice of finishes.
