How to Clean a Fooseball Table

A foosball table can provide hours of fun for kids and adults alike. Avid players can even enter competitions for foosball, sometimes spelled "fooseball." Like all things, foosball tables require regular care and maintenance to stay in top condition. A dirty table can inhibit game play. By keeping your foosball table clean, you can ensure the balls will roll smoothly every game.

Dust off all parts of the foosball table with a soft dry cloth. This is especially important if it has been sitting idle for some time and has a buildup of dust.

Fill a spray bottle with rubbing alcohol. Rubbing alcohol is the cleaner of choice for foosball tables because it will evaporate quickly, leaving the surface dry.

Spray the rubbing alcohol on the table. Use a soft cloth to clean off the surface of the table and the players. Be sure to get into the corners of the table as closely as possible to clean out dirt and grime buildup.

Wipe down the ball return and goals with rubbing alcohol. This will help keep your game balls clean.

Place the game balls in a washing machine with a load of durable whites, such as cleaning rags. Make sure that there are no colored items and no items that will create a lot of lint. Run the load on the gentle cycle.

Set the game balls out to air dry. Do not use the foosball table or game balls until all parts are completely dry.
